Delivery governance
Every client implementation, on track and in one place.
Delivery OS is where FieldAssist runs its client projects: issues, deliverables, timelines, client mail and finance together — so the team knows what to do next, leadership sees where things stand, and clients get a status report that matches the facts.

What it does
One record of each project, read by everyone who needs it
The team keeps the data current once. Every view — the team's, the client's and leadership's — is built from it, so they never disagree.
Project overview
A health verdict for each project, the next thing to do, and the issues, deliverables and PO burn behind it — on one screen.
For the delivery team
Portfolio & performance
Every implementation side by side, most recently worked on first. Performance answers whether deliveries are on time and issues are rising — with the counts behind each answer.
For leadership
Client status report
What is going well, what needs attention and delivery against plan, built live from the data. Share a view-only link or print it.
For the client
Deliverables & Gantt
Everything committed, with priority, sign-off and release dates. The Gantt chart draws itself from the same list — nothing to keep in sync.
For planning
Issues, analysed
Open issues ranked by aging, with RCA and fixes. AI analysis groups them into themes and flags what is likely to break next.
For support & product
Client mail & finance
Your own inbox filtered to the client, with follow-up reminders and AI-drafted replies you approve. Invoices and POs linked, so PO usage keeps itself current.
For account owners
How it works
From sign-in to status report in three steps
Sign in with your FieldAssist account
Use your flick2know.com Google login. There is no separate password, and other accounts are turned away.
Open a project you work on
You see the clients you have been added to; leadership sees every one. Pick a project from Portfolio and every page follows it.
Work in one place, report from it
Log issues, deliverables and actionables — or import them from Excel. Overview, Gantt, the status report and Performance update from that same data.
Access & privacy
Built for internal client data
FieldAssist accounts only
Sign-in is limited to the flick2know.com domain and checked again on the server, not just at Google.
You see your projects
Access is per project. Admins grant it; only named org-wide admins see every client.
Nothing sends on its own
Google asks for Gmail access so Mail can show client threads and send replies you approve. Every AI draft waits for you.
